Play an integral role in building business strategy on the Live Operations team under the Dasher & Logistics Pillar
Focus on opportunities to improve delivery quality, operational excellence and optimize Dasher experience during moderate and severe weather
Develop and test hypotheses, scaling impact through working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Analytics
Report directly into a Manager or Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related experience
Able to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset
Can crunch data in SQL/excel independently
Love thinking about problems from a first principles approach
Able to communicate complex topics in a clear, concise, and thorough way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Focus on getting stuff done and aren’t afraid to get into the details
Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic nature of weather which may require working weekends and holidays
Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field
