About the role

  • Grow and lead the team — hire, onboard, and coach franchise-focused aSADEs, SADEs, and Sr. SADEs
  • Coach complex sales motions — support reps on multi-stakeholder franchise deals
  • Drive franchise GTM execution — own Ads & Promos adoption and optimization for franchise brands
  • Partner cross-functionally — work closely with AM/OAM leadership, Product, and Sales Strategy & Ops
  • Standardize and scale — build repeatable franchise playbooks and workflows
  • Report and influence — deliver clear performance readouts and shape franchise GTM strategy
  • Develop reps in the field — travel quarterly to coach reps and attend merchant meetings

Requirements

  • Achieved a Senior IC or people leadership role
  • Led teams of 5+ reps
  • Strong coaching and performance lift
  • Consistently operates at or above goal
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity and longer sales cycles
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Builder’s mindset for proactive process improvement
  • Embodies DoorDash values and in good standing with HR
