About the role
- Grow and lead the team — hire, onboard, and coach franchise-focused aSADEs, SADEs, and Sr. SADEs
- Coach complex sales motions — support reps on multi-stakeholder franchise deals
- Drive franchise GTM execution — own Ads & Promos adoption and optimization for franchise brands
- Partner cross-functionally — work closely with AM/OAM leadership, Product, and Sales Strategy & Ops
- Standardize and scale — build repeatable franchise playbooks and workflows
- Report and influence — deliver clear performance readouts and shape franchise GTM strategy
- Develop reps in the field — travel quarterly to coach reps and attend merchant meetings
Requirements
- Achieved a Senior IC or people leadership role
- Led teams of 5+ reps
- Strong coaching and performance lift
- Consistently operates at or above goal
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity and longer sales cycles
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Builder’s mindset for proactive process improvement
- Embodies DoorDash values and in good standing with HR
