About the role

  • Lead a portfolio of Director-level searches across G&A, Sales, Strategy & Operations, and CXI
  • Design and execute consistent and inclusive search strategies
  • Serve as a thought partner and talent advisor to senior leaders
  • Leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, and deep functional knowledge to influence hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain strong external talent networks
  • Proactively engage and nurture leadership candidates for current and future roles
  • Partner cross-functionally with executive stakeholders, recruiting operations, and sourcers

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience
  • 2+ years focused on Director-level hiring across non-technical domains (e.g., G&A, Sales, Strategy & Ops, CXI)
  • Strong client management skills
  • Ability to influence and guide senior leaders through complex and competitive search processes
  • Talent advisor who leverages market intelligence, structured assessment, and external networks to shape hiring strategies and outcomes
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with senior candidates
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
