About the role
- Lead a portfolio of Director-level searches across G&A, Sales, Strategy & Operations, and CXI
- Design and execute consistent and inclusive search strategies
- Serve as a thought partner and talent advisor to senior leaders
- Leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, and deep functional knowledge to influence hiring decisions
- Build and maintain strong external talent networks
- Proactively engage and nurture leadership candidates for current and future roles
- Partner cross-functionally with executive stakeholders, recruiting operations, and sourcers
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years focused on Director-level hiring across non-technical domains (e.g., G&A, Sales, Strategy & Ops, CXI)
- Strong client management skills
- Ability to influence and guide senior leaders through complex and competitive search processes
- Talent advisor who leverages market intelligence, structured assessment, and external networks to shape hiring strategies and outcomes
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with senior candidates
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
