About the role
- Manage and grow the Aftermarket business in East Germany
- Develop and support authorized sales partners (distributors), OEMs and key accounts
- Regular customer visits, including multi-day business trips within the region
- Close collaboration with the marketing and technical teams in Terrassa (Spain) and Leuven (Belgium) to develop customer-specific solutions
- Acquire new customers and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Actively contribute to shaping regional sales strategies in line with global team objectives
- Work closely with our sales partners to support their growth and optimize the customer experience
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience
- Experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in an industrial environment
- Practical experience in indirect sales through partners and distributors
- Strong self-motivation, quick comprehension and a structured working style
- Fluent German (negotiation/business level) and good English
