About the role
- Full responsibility for supporting and advising existing customers on all service and technical matters
- Maintaining and expanding our business within the assigned territory
- Supporting the regional BDM (Business Development Manager) in acquiring new customers
- Carrying out service tasks and technical service repairs
- Resolving technical and application-related problems
- Instructing facility technical staff
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (commercial or technical)
- Strong technical affinity for the design and operation of commercial dishwashers, dosing devices and dosing systems
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to organize work independently
- Chemical and technical knowledge
- Valid car driving license
