About the role
- Ensure operators have knowledge and experience to make products safely and efficiently
- Provide timely communication of equipment maintenance requirements
- Maintain lock out and confined space procedures
- Maintain operator technical training materials
- Ensure daily operating plans are communicated and executed
- Direct the activities of crew on maintenance down days
- Provide troubleshooting expertise
- Optimize manufacturing processes and recommend equipment and process improvements
Requirements
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead change
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Preference will be given to applicants with operational experience and/or engineering and technical background
