About the role
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and security policies.
- Manage MDM/MAM strategies for Windows and mobile devices.
- Implement and manage patching and operating system updates via Intune.
- Deploy and maintain Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning.
- Package and deploy applications using Intune and ADT.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting.
- Support SCCM, including co-management scenarios.
- Create and manage Azure VMs, build templates, and perform maintenance.
- Support Citrix environments and manage Ivanti tools.
- Assist with administration of Microsoft Teams, Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Support endpoint and network security initiatives using Rapid7, Zscaler, Airlock, and CrowdStrike.
Requirements
- High level of skill with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Autopilot
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation of complex tasks
- Hands-on experience in application packaging and deployment
- Expertise in managing SCCM within hybrid environments
- Familiarity with Azure Virtual Machine lifecycle management and template creation
- Working knowledge of Citrix VDA and Ivanti tools
- Foundational understanding of JAMF for macOS management (desirable)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Awareness of advanced security tools such as Rapid7, Zscaler, Airlock, and CrowdStrike
- Understanding of the ITIL Framework
