About the role

  • Be a Deal Closer: Take qualified opportunities from the SDR team and own the sales cycle end-to-end. Your mission is to understand client needs deeply, present tailored solutions, and close deals that drive DolarApp’s growth.
  • Own the sales process: From discovery calls and demos to negotiation, closing and implementation, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with decision-makers and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • You will get things done: Beyond managing your pipeline, you’ll go above and beyond to remove roadblocks, win over stakeholders, and make things happen. Hustle, creativity, and persistence are at the core of how you work.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus), both verbal and written.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or international payments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to run a consultative sales process, uncovering pain points and positioning DolarApp as the best-fit solution.
  • Empathy and storytelling skills — you know how to connect with clients and align solutions with their business goals.
  • Resourcefulness and commercial acumen, with the ability to navigate complex deals and multiple stakeholders.
  • A true team player and deal-maker: driven, relentless, and resilient — you don’t take no for an answer.
