General Counsel

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, identifying key aspects to align with business goals, and being proactive and pragmatic in addressing potential issues.
• Provide and lead legal support for mergers and acquisitions, including post-close integration.
• Assist in handling collections and litigation matters.
• Work closely with the Finance and Collections team to (i) pursue debtors and recover unpaid invoices; (ii) track efficiently the legal steps regarding the collections process.
• Assist in the development of legal resources such as templates, playbooks, policies, and training materials.
• Handling day-to-day legal inquiries, in cooperation with other legal team members and the business units/departments;
• Dealing with ad hoc legal matters as needed – corporate entity support, risk assessments, compliance documentation, data privacy assessments and reviews.

• Own pipeline accountability for your BDR team by tracking and managing performance against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets (meetings set, qualified opportunities, and sourced pipeline).
• Coach and develop BDRs through 1:1s, call coaching, and weekly training to drive messaging consistency, outbound effectiveness, and conversion.
• Monitor KPIs (activity, conversion, performance) in Salesforce and outreach tools to identify trends, areas of improvement, and course-correct when needed.
• Partner with Sales to ensure tight alignment between BDRs and AEs through clear rules of engagement, territory planning, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement to launch multi-channel outbound campaigns and ensure message-market fit across segments.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp of new BDRs by partnering with People and Enablement on structured onboarding plans and role expectations.
• Provide training and coaching on effective prospecting and go-to-market execution, including multi-channel outreach strategies, tool utilization, and building strong, productive relationships with Sales Reps and partners.
• Leverage CRM and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) to track performance and enforce operational best practices.
• Participate in forecasting and QBRs, contributing insights on pipeline performance and BDR-led contribution to revenue goals.
• Continuously refine team playbooks, messaging, and workflows to scale repeatable, high-impact outbound motions.
