Account Manager

• Develop a deep understanding of our business, our cloud management platform, support and services and how they help our clients, and their needs.
• Maintain knowledge, context and ownership of the customers you are responsible for and own communication with the respective vendor teams in a way to show value and potential opportunities for revenue growth.
• Manage customer-related support escalations to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction is of the highest level.
• Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders, balancing the requirements of the customer, the vendor and the company's interests.
• Identify New workload opportunities within Customer’s Cloud Environment / SaaS solutions.
• Establish a regular cadence with the complete portfolio of your customers as part of your book of business. Balancing the requirements of large strategic customers and fast-growing emerging clients.
• Help aggregate customer feedback that ensures our products & solutions closely align with customer needs and requests.
• Provide customer feedback and requests to engineering teams to provide greater market/customer context and help prioritize deliverables within active development cycles.
• Deliver regular quarterly reviews with customers, tracking active project timelines, projected spending on respective cloud platforms and feedback on DoiT support & engagement.
• Identify Cost Optimization opportunities within the Customer Cloud environment
• Work with Cloud Vendors Sales Rep on mutual customers.

System Administrator

• Build and manage Pardot workflows: engagement programs, automated rules, completion actions, and lead scoring/grading.
• Build and maintain landing pages, forms, and email templates.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure lead nurturing aligns with pipeline stages and SLAs.
• Optimize scoring models to improve marketing-to-sales conversion.
• Produce detailed campaign performance and attribution reports using Pardot and B2B Marketing Analytics.
• Manage subscriber data, data extensions, and segmentation strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliverability; recommend optimizations.
• Maintain platform configuration, user access, and compliance with data protection policies. (GDPR, CANSPAM, & CPPA)

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team responsible for driving revenue through distribution and indirect channel partnerships.

• Design and deliver enablement programs tailored to Account Executives and Sales Engineers supporting new logo acquisition across multiple business units and GTM motions.
• Partner closely with our channel motion leaders and sellers from onboarding new sellers through full-scale and upskilling needs
• Translate go-to-market strategy, ICP definitions, and product positioning into practical AE and SE-ready sales narratives, discovery frameworks, and solution positioning guidance.
• Support new product launches and GTM changes by ensuring AEs and SEs are trained, certified, and prepared to confidently position new offerings with prospects.
• Develop and deliver programs that strengthen core new logo sales capabilities, including discovery, qualification, value-based selling, competitive positioning, and deal progression.

Growth Marketing

• Own and scale DoiT’s paid digital acquisition strategy across key channels.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaign structure, targeting, and performance to drive qualified leads and pipeline.
• Own the relationship and performance management of paid media agencies and freelance specialists.
• Partner with agencies and freelancers to achieve lead generation targets and continuously improve campaign performance.
• Own and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
• Manage the paid media budget in partnership with global and regional marketing teams and with Cloud providers (AWS and Google) to optimize the utilization of Marketing Development Funds(MDFs).

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes across all business functions
• Partner with executive leadership and department heads to align financial plans with strategic priorities, headcount planning, and growth initiatives
• Lead executive-level financial reviews, delivering clear narratives on performance, risks, and opportunities
