About the role

  • Co‑lead the development and execution of Docusign’s IR strategy, with a focus on how we communicate growth, profitability, cash flow, and the evolution of IAM to investors
  • Own the entirety of the quarterly earnings process: from workstream management to complex financial and valuation modeling, to creating materials across prepared remarks, Q&A, and investor materials

  • Translate complex financial, product, and go‑to‑market topics into a clear, concise narrative
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Comms, Product, GTM, and other partners
  • Lead the creation and refinement of financial and valuation models, benchmarking analyses, and peer/industry work that inform both messaging and strategy—bringing an equity research‑quality lens to our internal and external work

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end with close attention to detail and strong stakeholder management
  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets and experience working with IR or capital markets data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar)
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and tools used for earnings and disclosure workflows
  • Experience working with public‑company disclosure, including Reg FD and SEC‑related processes (earnings, 8‑K, 10‑K/10‑Q, guidance)
