About the role
- Owning end-to-end recruitment across GTM functions, primarily Account Executives, SDRs and Account Managers
- Managing inbound hiring workflows while proactively sourcing for harder-to-fill roles
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role scorecards and interview processes
- Delivering strong candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer
- Managing offer processes and supporting negotiations
- Using data and reporting to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-hire
- Continuously improving hiring processes and interview quality
- Building talent pipelines for future commercial growth
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house, a blend of both would be desirable)
- Experience hiring commercial/GTM roles (e.g. SDRs, AEs, Account Managers)
- Process oriented, with experience using ATS platforms (Teamtailor would be highly desirable)
- Comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and confident providing hiring recommendations
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and expectations are high
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
