About the role
- Perform consultative sales of the NOA product to customers within our existing base in Brazil;
- Work on filter optimization and prospecting to capture potential B2C leads;
- Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, product demonstration, follow-up and closing;
- Contribute to achieving the area's KPIs and targets;
- Map customers' current product usage to identify opportunities to enhance results, aiming for loyalty and retention;
- Escalate technical issues to the support team to ensure proper product functioning for the customer.
Requirements
- Experience with consultative B2C sales (preferably in technology or healthcare);
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a clear and didactic manner;
- Organization, discipline and strong sales pipeline management;
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar);
- Comfortable with technology, knowledge of AI and ability to present technical arguments;
- Results-oriented profile with high adaptability, focused on expansion targets;
- Knowledge of customer retention best practices is a plus.
