Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for the entire Solutions Engineering team
Utilize backward-planning to anticipate enablement needs and ensure training readiness before product launches or process changes
Serve as primary point of contact between Solutions Engineering and Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Revenue Operations
Collaborate with documentation specialist and SMEs to keep internal docs, forms, and processes up-to-date and create structured training materials
Lead training sessions and workshops, maintain weekly communication cadence with SE leadership, and keep a project management dashboard for visibility and accountability
Requirements
3+ years in an Enablement, preferably with a focus on technical or pre-sales team, or Solutions Engineering role
Proven ability to communicate complex topics clearly and facilitate engaging training sessions
A self-starter who anticipates needs and drives projects forward without constant direction
Highly organized with a methodical approach to project management and planning
Ability to adapt communication style and content to suit different audiences ("code-switching")
A passion for enabling others, a collaborative spirit, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
