About the role
- Master the Ecosystem: Act as the primary architect for the implementation and optimization of Dayforce and other cutting-edge HR solutions across our global regions.
- Engineer the Lifecycle: Orchestrate advanced employee movements—from high-impact onboarding and internal transfers to offboarding—ensuring every transition is handled with precision.
- Guardian of Integrity: Oversee and maintain all employee data within our HRIS (Dayforce), ensuring total data integrity and compliance with our high organizational standards.
- Fuel Growth Programs: Administer complex global initiatives, including our Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) and retirement plans, while coordinating closely with external providers.
- Advocate for Wellbeing: Enhance and manage our comprehensive benefits programs and leave policies, ensuring every employee feels supported and well-informed.
- Optimize the Blueprint: Constantly identify and iterate on process improvements, recommending enhancements that eliminate friction and maximize operational efficiency.
- Solve the Puzzle: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for the HR Helpdesk, resolving complex inquiries with empathy, speed, and professional guidance.
Requirements
- Operational Veteran: You bring 5+ years of deep experience in HR administration, payroll, or benefits management, backed by a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise.
- Dayforce Guru: You possess advanced proficiency in HRIS systems—specifically Dayforce—and consider yourself a power user of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Compliance Expert: You have an in-depth understanding of local employment laws and country-specific regulations, navigating the legal landscape with ease.
- Project Catalyst: You have a proven track record of managing complex projects and shifting priorities without breaking a sweat in a high-growth environment.
- The Culture Connector: You excel at collaborating with international teams and have the cultural intelligence to navigate global dynamics effectively.
- Data-Driven Architect: You are detail-oriented and highly organized, with a natural knack for identifying and implementing systemic process improvements.
