About the role

  • Support high-volume recruiting across creative, marketing, and ecommerce roles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and role fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with applicants.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal teams.
  • Post and manage job listings through BambooHR, ensuring roles are distributed to job boards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within BambooHR ATS.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in DTC ecommerce or startup environments.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting pipelines.
  • Proven experience recruiting for creative, marketing, ecommerce, or digital roles.
  • Hands-on experience using BambooHR as an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Strong experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment.
  • Familiarity with hiring roles such as graphic designers, video editors, performance marketers, ecommerce managers, and content creators.
