Performance Marketing

• Own strategy and execution across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), and emerging paid channels
• Manage and optimize $250K+ monthly advertising budget
• Allocate spend dynamically based on performance and incrementality
• Identify and scale new performance channels (Linear TV, TikTok, affiliate, retail media, etc.)
• Own MER, CAC, blended ROAS, LTV, and new customer acquisition targets
• Align marketing spend with contribution margin and profitability goals
• Partner with leadership on revenue forecasting and spend modeling
• Present performance insights and scaling plans to executive team
• Build and maintain a structured creative testing engine in partnership with Head of Creative
• Establish clear testing cadences (creative, landing pages, offers, funnels)
• Continuously improve funnel conversion rates and AOV
• Develop repeatable systems for identifying and scaling winning campaigns
• Build and maintain a “single source of truth” performance dashboard
• Analyze blended vs platform-reported metrics
• Evaluate attribution models and incrementality
• Make decisions based on contribution margin, not vanity metrics
• Provide data-driven insights to creative and ecommerce teams
• Align with inventory and operations to forecast demand
• Lead or manage performance team members and/or agency partners as needed

Head of Performance Marketing

Creative Strategist

• Lead and grow the creative team, including the photographer, video content creator, social & partnership strategist, and designers—driving accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Develop and execute a performance-first creative strategy aligned with revenue, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
• Build and oversee a structured creative testing roadmap across paid channels (hooks, angles, formats, offers).
• Partner closely with paid media to analyze performance data, identify winning concepts, and scale profitable creative.
• Oversee the production of video ads, UGC-style content, product creative, landing pages, email/SMS assets, and organic social content.
• Establish clear briefing processes, feedback loops, and scalable production workflows to increase testing velocity and efficiency.
• Manage freelance designers, editors, and external creative partners to ensure quality and speed.
• Maintain and evolve brand voice, messaging hierarchy, and visual identity across Doc’s Diesel and Doc’s Filters.
• Align creative output with inventory, promotional calendars, and overall marketing initiatives.
• Report on creative performance, testing cadence, and strategic growth opportunities to leadership, continuously refining systems to improve ROAS and reduce wasted spend.

Graphics Designer

• Design and execute physical product packaging that aligns with brand standards, enhances shelf presence, and delivers a premium unboxing experience.
• Create high-performing Amazon creative assets, including A+ Content, gallery images, storefront graphics, and ad visuals, with a strong focus on conversion and brand storytelling.
• Maintain and optimize the Amazon brand presence, continuously refining visuals to improve clarity, consistency, and customer engagement.
• Produce print-focused B2B marketing materials, including catalogs, one-sheets, postcards, and trade show graphics, to support sales and retail initiatives.
• Develop infographic-style designs that clearly communicate product features, benefits, and technical details across print and digital formats.
• Design creative assets for direct-to-consumer and B2B campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by developing and maintaining internal brand assets, including guidelines, presentations, and brand documentation.
• Design apparel graphics and promotional merchandise, including team apparel, event swag, and customer giveaways.
• Create B2C shipping and retention materials, such as inserts, bounce-back cards, and flyers, to enhance the post-purchase experience.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, product, and sales teams to translate business objectives into effective, production-ready designs.
• Manage and organize digital design files and asset libraries to ensure accessibility and efficiency across teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and photographers to oversee production and ensure high-quality print and digital deliverables.
• Support the design team's growth by assisting with hiring and mentoring junior designers as the team expands.
