• The Public Health Analyst provides programmatic, analytical, and operational support for public health preparedness and emergency response initiatives. • Review applications, screen candidates, and quickly identify strong fits for Customer Service Representative roles

• Keep candidates warm, informed, and excited throughout the process

Recruiting Coordinator

Project Manager

• - Serve as the primary point of contact between DNI and the Government.
• - Lead all operational aspects of assigned projects, including cost, schedule, technical performance, personnel management, subcontractor oversight, safety, and contract compliance.
• - Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to support project execution and competitive pricing.
• - Perform in-house quantity takeoffs and develop detailed cost.
• - Develop, maintain, and update cost-loaded Critical Path Method schedules in accordance with contract requirements.
• - Manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
• - Coordinate regularly with onsite field personnel regarding project status, work progress, upcoming activities, and project milestones.

• Managing the full proposal lifecycle using Shipley-based processes, including the development of large, complex proposals to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions
• Supporting Business Development Directors with pre-RFP efforts, such as RFIs, Sources Sought responses, NDAs, TAs, and early-stage capture documentation
• Analyzing RFPs to identify key requirements, develop compliance matrices and proposal outlines, and promptly communicate critical deadlines and deliverables to stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining proposal schedules, action item lists, capabilities matrices, and data call responses to ensure proposal compliance and completeness
• Leading proposal meetings including kick-offs and tag-ups, ensuring they provide meaningful progress updates and drive accountability
• Coordinating with pricing teams, finalizing past performance references, and managing all color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold), including recovery planning
