About the role

  • Provide daily functional support to end users in Treasury department for pre-processing of data and preparation for input into Peoplesoft Treasury and Deal modules.
  • Lead and support the configuration, testing, and implementation of changes in Peoplesoft Treasury and Deal module and accounting reconciliations.
  • Assist in PeopleSoft production close processes, including: Running and excel to CI interfaces and accounting entry generation
  • Supporting the generation and distribution of cash and investments performance reports.
  • Resolve trade data entry errors.
  • Involve in Oracle cloud implementation project.
  • Develop and execute complex ad-hoc queries using reporting tool to support transactional and treasury data analysis for business users.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system and interface issues and ensure integration points function as expected.
  • Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in the documentation of business processes, configurations, and system modifications.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data Analytics, information systems, or a related field
  • Five (5) or more years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting end users in Treasury department
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting multiple PeopleSoft/ERP modules
  • Strong knowledge of investments and data reconciliation with experience in financial data reconciliation
  • Extensive experience with creating and managing complex analytical reports
  • Demonstrated experience supporting ERP/Peoplesoft Treasury Cash and Deal
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Progression in CFA or other finance professional certifications (Preferred)
  • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 and Oracle cloud (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with integration tools and reporting tools (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Project Costing module (Preferred)
