About the role
- Provide assistance to technicians and dealer partners via phone and email
- Diagnose product issues (branded and OEM) and guide in troubleshooting and resolution
- Support inquiries related to product setup, installation, and proper technical use
- Review orders for accuracy, including parts, accessories, and system components
- Serve as the first point of contact for installation-related escalations
- Develop and maintain a U.S. based network of qualified HVAC technicians to support product service
- Provide feedback to Category Management team regarding recurring installation issues, product defects, product improvement suggestions, and review of product manuals and documentation
- Monitor and implement procedures to ensure technicians receive accurate, timely information
- Assist in identifying training needs and providing product knowledge where required
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems with a focus on mini split technology
- Experience working in technical support, field service, or as an HVAC technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
- Prior experience supporting or training contractors, installers, or dealer networks
- Good organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong ability to follow up
