About the role

  • Provide assistance to technicians and dealer partners via phone and email
  • Diagnose product issues (branded and OEM) and guide in troubleshooting and resolution
  • Support inquiries related to product setup, installation, and proper technical use
  • Review orders for accuracy, including parts, accessories, and system components
  • Serve as the first point of contact for installation-related escalations
  • Develop and maintain a U.S. based network of qualified HVAC technicians to support product service
  • Provide feedback to Category Management team regarding recurring installation issues, product defects, product improvement suggestions, and review of product manuals and documentation
  • Monitor and implement procedures to ensure technicians receive accurate, timely information
  • Assist in identifying training needs and providing product knowledge where required

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems with a focus on mini split technology
  • Experience working in technical support, field service, or as an HVAC technician
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
  • Prior experience supporting or training contractors, installers, or dealer networks
  • Good organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong ability to follow up
