About the role
- Manage and monitor the Oracle HR Helpdesk Request queue, ensuring all incoming queries are logged, prioritised, and routed appropriately.
- Allocate and coordinate requests across the HR Operations and HR Technology teams, escalating issues when required.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather missing information, clarify requirements, or progress outstanding cases.
- Maintain the accuracy and organisation of the helpdesk by updating records, closing resolved requests, and ensuring data integrity.
- Track request statuses and follow up on overdue or stalled cases to support timely resolution.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Technology Manager, including reporting, documentation, and process updates related to the helpdesk system.
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear and professional English.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain orderly systems and records.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to keep tasks moving.
- Able to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
