About the role
- Respond to customer and vendor inquiries through our Service Cloud (Salesforce) platform.
- Provide timely confirmations and accurate information to customers.
- Prepare and deliver documents requested by customers and vendors.
- Assist with basic technical troubleshooting for customers.
- Update customer account information as needed.
- Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by your Team Lead.
