About the role
- Advise firm attorneys and staff regarding conflict of interest issues
- Analyze prospective legal matters across every practice group
- Serve as an escalation point for the Conflicts Resolution Group
- Draft and review engagement terms, conflict waiver letters
- Support the onboarding of lateral attorney/paralegal candidates
- Identify and analyze conflict of interest issues
Requirements
- JD
- 3 years’ experience in law firm or in-house legal department
- Substantive knowledge of Rules of Professional Conduct
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong organizational skills
