Requirements
- Accumulated at least 7+ years of relevant legal experience in technology counseling and commercial law
- Licensed attorney in good standing in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction
- Exceptional drafter, negotiator, and communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in product lifecycles, software licensing, privacy/data protection, intellectual property, and commercial transactions
