About the role

  • Design and develop high-quality ServiceNow customizations, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
  • Build and maintain robust integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and the IntegrationHub.
  • Collaborate with Architects, InfoSec, and Business stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear documentation of technical designs, system configurations, and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a large-scale environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex, platform issues and own them through to resolution.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of UI Policies, ACLs, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
  • Experience with Flow Designer.
  • Solid experience with REST/SOAP, JSON, and Web Services.
  • Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
