About the role
- Oversee the organisation, delivery, and continuous improvement of all international L&D programmes
- Work closely with the Senior L&D Manager and other L&D Managers to ensure programmes remain current
- Collaborate with the Global Service Centre (GSC) to ensure effective project coordination
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing programmes and processes
- Partner with L&D and GSC teams to measure programmes' impact and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports to the Head of L&D
Requirements
- Proven ability to oversee multiple learning and talent programmes simultaneously
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
- Ability to review, update, and enhance programmes based on feedback
- Skilled in using data and metrics to assess programme effectiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience supporting or leading change initiatives
