About the role

  • Oversee the organisation, delivery, and continuous improvement of all international L&D programmes
  • Work closely with the Senior L&D Manager and other L&D Managers to ensure programmes remain current
  • Collaborate with the Global Service Centre (GSC) to ensure effective project coordination
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing programmes and processes
  • Partner with L&D and GSC teams to measure programmes' impact and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reports to the Head of L&D

Requirements

  • Proven ability to oversee multiple learning and talent programmes simultaneously
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
  • Ability to review, update, and enhance programmes based on feedback
  • Skilled in using data and metrics to assess programme effectiveness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
