About the role
- Partner with Strategic Advisors, shaping proposals, guiding contracting processes, and supporting deal closure
- Work closely with delivery teams to scope opportunities, align on success metrics, and ensure projects deliver measurable clinical and operational impact
- Navigate complex healthcare stakeholder environments including C-suite, clinical leadership, IT, compliance, and procurement
- Serve as connective tissue across Distyl teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and coordinated execution in healthcare engagements
- Manage complex workstreams with enterprise healthcare clients
- Represent Distyl with healthcare executive stakeholders, building trusted relationships
- Bring curiosity and insight to AI/LLM applications in healthcare
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare operations, consulting, product management, strategy, or similar fields
- Direct operational experience with major health systems, payors, health plans, or pharma companies
- Strong understanding of healthcare contracting, procurement cycles, and enterprise sales processes
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environment (HIPAA, FDA, CMS requirements) and its impact on technology adoption
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple complex priorities
- Passion for technology with exposure to AI/LLMs preferred
