About the role
- Make high‑volume outbound calls through CallLogic (~400 dials/week to start) to verify phone numbers, emails, and candidate status.
- Execute dialing lists and workflows to move contacts from unverified to verified.
- For active searches, run scripted outreach, collect basic information and resumes, and prepare concise candidate send‑ups for recruiters.
- Update the ATS and desktop apps accurately, including notes, statuses, and email touchpoints.
- Use GPT tools to accelerate tasks (summaries, message refinement, prompting).
- Communicate professionally with clear English on calls and concise written updates.
- Hit weekly KPIs (e.g., 100+ pickups/connects per week) and review simple, transparent metrics with leadership.
Requirements
- 2 years mínimum of experience in recruiting.
- C1 English level with a very clear, easily understood accent (ideally minimal accent).
- Comfortable using ATS systems, email, and common recruiter desktop tools; fast learner with new systems and GPT.
- High call throughput, organized documentation, and reliable follow‑through on workflows.
- Energetic, positive communication style with resilience in a high‑volume environment.
- Must be available to work on‑site in Medellín (remote possible after consistent strong performance).
