About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for caregiver roles in the US.
- Create and publish job postings across platforms (Indeed, job boards, social media).
- Screen resumes; verify experience, availability, and work authorization.
- Conduct structured phone/video interviews.
- Present shortlisted candidates with clear notes and recommendations.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
- Verify certifications and licenses (CNA, HHA, CPR, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with US labor regulations and home care standards.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Promote a positive, professional recruitment experience.
- Build and maintain a strong caregiver pipeline for recurring needs.
- Use Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ATS/CRM systems to track candidates and hiring progress.
- Prepare recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
- Partner with Operations, Scheduling, HR, and Leadership teams.
- Assist Scheduling operations as needed.
- Report weekly progress, bottlenecks, and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or related fields.
- 2–3+ years of US full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior care preferred.
- Strong interviewing, screening, and compliance management skills.
- Proficiency with Office tools, ATS, and recruitment systems.
- English language proficiency at C1 level.
