• As Marketing Manager, own and deliver the end-to-end B2B marketing strategy for estate agents across Ireland.
• Enable the sales team through targeted marketing support, coaching materials, and collateral to support sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain all sales enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and objection-handling content.
• Support and scale agent partnerships that reinforce long-term value creation.
• Lead peer-to-peer marketing, telling compelling stories around vendor funding and showcasing agent success.
• Own all agent communications, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with agent needs and expectations.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for product rollouts, ensuring successful launch, adoption, and commercial impact.
• Gather and embed agent insights into marketing, product and commercial strategy.
