About the role

  • Assess customer requirements and translate business needs into effective system configurations.
  • Manage and support end-to-end implementation activities to ensure smooth and successful rollouts.
  • Customize and configure solutions to align with customer workflows and project goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in project implementation, project management, solution delivery, or a similar role.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
