• Track usage and engagement, proactively identifying roadblocks to ensure customers achieve ROI.
• Act as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback and success stories to improve the product.
• Keep internal stakeholders updated on project progress, special requests, and customer feedback.
• Own key customer interactions, including kick-off meetings, launches, and close-outs.
• Align internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate project execution.
• Manage proof of value success, from initial onboarding to conversion.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness, ensuring customers always receive timely support.
