• Maintain and optimize Salesforce processes, workflows, reporting, and data quality in partnership with the Salesforce Administrator.
• Serve as a key stakeholder for Salesforce enhancements, documentation, and process improvements.
• Support opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM best‑practice adoption.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring sales reports that provide clear visibility into pipeline, bookings, activity, and performance.
• Deliver insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, highlighting trends and risks.
• Lead ongoing sales enablement, including training sessions, refreshers, and content reinforcement.
• Manage sales content such as playbooks, pitch decks, competitive intel, and product updates, ensuring strong usage and adoption.
• Support new product launches and go‑to‑market initiatives with structured enablement plans.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and HR to support new‑hire onboarding and track ramp metrics and productivity milestones.
• Support leads routing, SLA adherence, and lifecycle reporting in partnership with Marketing.
• Assist with sales compensation planning, commission tracking, territory design, and capacity modeling.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to document processes, drive scalability, and champion continuous improvement across sales operations and enablement.
• Perform other similar and/or related duties as assigned.

Sales Operations Analyst – Enablement

Sales

• Establish and build long-term relationships with DISA clientele and prospective buyers.
• Understand and assess customers' business objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close new business deals.
• Meet with prospective clients to present DISA services, outlining costs and competitive advantages.
• Provide detailed account planning, sales forecasting, and effective communication with the internal team and customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services.
• Represent DISA at industry trade shows and networking events to promote service offerings.
• Educate prospects and clients on DISA's comprehensive range of services and products.

Executive I, Sales

• Define and continuously improve the Success Operations strategy and operating model to support retention, delivery excellence, risk management, and customer experience.
• Design and scale end‑to‑end processes across onboarding, transitions, support, renewals, QBRs, and student success workflows with clear SLAs and accountability.
• Lead operational readiness and execution during organizational changes to ensure stability and alignment.
• Build and maintain a scalable framework that supports internal teams and outsourced partners while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Own the implementation, governance, and optimization of Success technology platforms, including CRM, telephony, dashboards, ticketing, workflow, and analytics.
• Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, IT, and Data teams to ensure strong system integration, clean data, and reliable reporting.
• Manage all Success reporting and analytics, including customer health, retention risk, adoption metrics, operational KPIs, and executive dashboards.
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership to support decision‑making, prioritization, and forecasting.
• Provide operational leadership for Student Success, including partner management, call center operations, quality assurance, training, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to reduce friction and improve customer and student outcomes.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, best practices, and standardized procedures to strengthen execution across Success teams.
• Own Voice of Customer programs and ensure insights translate into meaningful action.
• Serve as a key cross‑functional leader, partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Support to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
• Champion a proactive, relationship‑driven Success culture focused on long‑term value, retention, and trusted client partnerships.
