About the role
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of HR Business Partner Specialists supporting multiple business units.
- Advice and counsel, interpretation, direction, clarification and guidance on the full range of HR policies, practices, programs, and issues.
- Labor agreement interpretation support.
- Primary contact to investigate HR inquiries from business unit clients, union representatives, and HR partners.
- Small to medium project management to standardize, optimize, and improve efficiency of employee services operations.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure operational success.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for HR Business Partner Specialist and the broader Client Partnership Organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 – 7 years required, 10+ years desired of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in senior HRBP or HR leadership roles.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams of HR professionals.
- Proven track record in process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and standard operating procedures.
