About the role
- Design lifecycle journeys, nurture programs, and campaign architecture
- Own Marketo configuration, architecture, and troubleshooting
- Manage Salesforce sync, lead flow, and data integrity
- Ensure compliance across global regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
- Own final QA and campaign launches
- Govern AI-driven campaign execution and workflows
- Manage campaign builds and reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations
- Deep Marketo expertise + Salesforce experience
- Strong lifecycle, segmentation, and lead management knowledge
- Experience with integrations and troubleshooting complex systems
- Understanding of compliance and data governance
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with automation and AI-driven workflows
