About the role
- Structure a practice-oriented curriculum for the Microsoft AZ-305 (Solutions Architect — Design) and Terraform Associate certifications
- Design remote course sessions — classes can be delivered from any location
- Design and deliver hands-on labs for Azure Virtual Networks (VNet), Storage Accounts, and multi-tier architectures
- Train the full Terraform workflow, including state management and cloud deployments within the Azure environment
- Teach CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows for infrastructure automation
- Conduct mock exams and teach the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework
Requirements
- Valid certifications as Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) and Terraform Associate; additional teaching/training certifications (e.g., MCT) are desirable
- Strong knowledge of Terraform, Git, Linux administration, and Azure core services (Compute, Networking, Identity)
- Confident handling of complex cloud scenarios, Azure DNS, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and serverless technologies (Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
- Enjoy simplifying and presenting complex IT topics for career changers and newcomers
- Business-fluent German for teaching and internal collaboration; business-fluent English is desirable
