About the role
- - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to assisting with hiring decisions.
- - Research and develop diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- - Conduct video, phone, and in-person interviews.
- - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- - Handle recruiting and scheduling processes with Hiring Managers and candidates.
- - Work closely with the marketing team to creatively market our brand in Montreal and Canada through events, university presentations, and social media.
Requirements
- - **Education:** Undergraduate degree or higher with solid academic performance.
- - **Experience:** Recent graduate to 2 years of work experience. Prior exposure to recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus, but not required.
- - **Language Skills: **Fluency in both French and English is required (Written and verbal).
- - **Skills & Traits: **
- - Passionate about a career in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- - Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- - Advanced relationship-building skills.
- - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- - Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time, and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- - Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite.
