About the role

  • - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to assisting with hiring decisions.
  • - Research and develop diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • - Conduct video, phone, and in-person interviews.
  • - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • - Handle recruiting and scheduling processes with Hiring Managers and candidates.
  • - Work closely with the marketing team to creatively market our brand in Montreal and Canada through events, university presentations, and social media.

Requirements

  • - **Education:** Undergraduate degree or higher with solid academic performance.
  • - **Experience:** Recent graduate to 2 years of work experience. Prior exposure to recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • - **Language Skills: **Fluency in both French and English is required (Written and verbal).
  • - **Skills & Traits: **
  • - Passionate about a career in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • - Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • - Advanced relationship-building skills.
  • - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • - Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time, and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite.
