Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy

Take full ownership of the patient onboarding process

Leverage a consultative approach when sharing industry, disease, and product knowledge
Build and use knowledge of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes to sell with clinical credibility
Present Insulet products and differentiate them from competitive products
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in delivering high-quality customer onboarding and training
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with the entire office
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience and demonstrated success in B2B or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, or diabetes)
Associate degree (minimally required)
Possess a strong network of established professional relationships with endocrinologists and primary care providers specializing in diabetes (preferred)
