About the role

  • Manage the teams that support our commercial applications and their integrations.
  • Oversee Salesforce for order entry, Fluent for Order Management, and custom-built e-commerce platform.
  • Handle people-management responsibilities and ensure project work is delivered on time.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and external consultants.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing applications and or integrations teams.
  • Line management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management and talent development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of various Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid SDLC processes.
  • Vendor Management, incl Statements of Work, Budgeting, Invoicing etc.
  • Experience of IT application support processes (ITIL).
  • Experience of Salesforce essential, Service-Now and JIRA or equivalent desirable.
  • Excellent written/oral communication and relationship management skills.
  • Drive and enthusiasm with ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a demanding and fast paced environment.
  • Worked in global setting dealing with multi-discipline teams in multiple time zones.
