About the role

  • Develop and own the business case for Dexcom’s Canadian product expansion, including market opportunity sizing, financial projections, and regulatory considerations.
  • Drive Canadian market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Create the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Canadian launch, partnering with global marketing, regulatory, and commercial teams.
  • Develop Canadian-specific pricing and commercial models in collaboration with global teams.
  • Demonstrate financial literacy, including the ability to interpret key performance drivers, manage budgets, and optimize profitability through disciplined P&L oversight.

Requirements

  • Experience in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business development – ideally within the healthcare, MedTech, consumer, digital health or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of planning and launching new products or market expansions in a regulated environment is essential.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business strategy – including market analysis, sizing opportunities, building financial models, and defining pricing/market entry strategies.
  • Strong analytical thinking and proficiency with data to drive decisions (e.g. analyzing market research, assessing ROI).
  • Excellent project leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
