About the role
- Work with stakeholders to advise on analytics that answer business questions with data.
- Deliver dashboards, reports, actionable insights and findings.
- Lead collaboration to technically advance analytics capabilities and manage project plans.
- Drive standards and data literacy across stakeholders.
- Play a key role in People Data Governance Office.
- Manage a community of people data owners and lead data quality initiatives.
- Stay abreast of trends/studies in people science and engage in thought partnership related to employee feedback programs.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
- 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex HR data sets.
- Experience in a people analytics or related analytical role.
- Strong consultative skills and aptitude for identifying needs and defining scalable solutions.
- Excellent communicator and project manager, capable of conveying roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, statistical analysis techniques, and predictive modeling.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (Tableau, Excel, SQL, BigQuery).
