About the role
- Assist the Senior Manager Benefits with managing leave-related programs for the United States and Canada
- Act as a leave and accommodation focused resource for employees and managers
- Process high volume leave of absence activity and manage leave cases via ServiceNow
- Interact and communicate with third-party leave administrators and internal stakeholders
- Prepare monthly and biweekly leave reports using reporting tools and Excel
- Apply knowledge of accommodations and the interactive process to support cases
- Write and maintain detailed processes and procedures for internal and external use
- Support basic company benefits administration and pick up new systems quickly
- Work with manager to determine office visit needs; travel required 0-5%
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience
- Strong leave of absence and accommodation experience (North America)
- Ability to discuss leave of absence time away from work and pay options for California and throughout the United States
- Canada, EMEA, APAC leaves knowledge a plus
- Background in processing high volume leave of absence activity
- Experience interacting with third party leave administrators
- Knowledge and experience with accommodations and the interactive process
- Proficient in systems, reporting, and Excel to prepare monthly and biweekly leave reports
- Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system, Workday, ADP, and third-party leave administrator websites
- Good understanding of basic company benefits helpful
- Detail oriented, good writer, problem solver, customer service skills, and exceptional communication with all levels
- Demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and accountability
- Experience writing processes and procedures in detail for internal and external use
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and strong analytical skills
- Robust background with Workday, ADP Workforce Now, ADP eTime
