Administers Learning Management System support for SuccessFactors LMS
Collaborates with internal Central Quality Training team and IT partners to provide LMS troubleshooting.
Supports of system upgrade projects associated with Learning Management Systems
Provides reports/queries/metrics as requested from Learning Management System for compliance and supports miscellaneous requests.
Publishes and test e-modules in LMS
Creates and maintains central quality curricula, and user groups for all supported functional areas and assigns them accordingly.
Organizes and prepares training course materials; and, builds training sessions as well as rosters
Manages users, courses, and communities across learning platforms
Administers training evaluations and feedback
Provides general administrative support of department as required
Requirements
Knowledgeable in Success Factor Learning Administration Module
Knowledgeable in content publishing and testing in LMS, preferably Articulate 360 Pro
Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel (medium to advanced level), Word, Outlook, and Teams
Basic GMP and Quality knowledge
Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills to regularly communicate with internal and external business partners
Action-oriented and customer-focused and possess learning agility
Ability to work independently, have a high degree of accountability and accuracy of work
Knowledge of document management is preferred.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master’s degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
