About the role
- Own the technical architecture and design of our Salesforce and GTM systems.
- Lead and scale integrations across systems like ChiliPiper, Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, and others.
- Drive adoption of AI tooling across the systems team to accelerate delivery and impact.
- Architect scalable business logic and lead routing systems that support hundreds of users.
- Partner with the Director of Operations Technology to define long-term systems vision.
- Consolidate and improve our systems landscape through thoughtful tool evaluation.
- Mentor junior admins and drive upskilling across the team.
- Create measurable improvements in team velocity and shift the org from reactive to strategic systems planning.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience with Salesforce configuration and Apex coding.
- 5+ years designing and integrating GTM systems that scale with business growth.
- Led architecture for asynchronous Apex systems at scale.
- Proven success leveraging AI/LLMs to accelerate systems or operational workflows.
- Delivered systems improvements that significantly enhanced data quality, speed, or business agility.
- Successfully migrated or optimized tools within a GTM tech stack.
- Mentored junior systems admins and contributed to their growth.
- Demonstrated judgment in making the right trade-offs between speed and quality.
