About the role

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Support senior business development managers in client acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with prospective clients.
  • Support negotiations and contract discussions under supervision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) to support sales initiatives.
  • Track sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Saudi National (mandatory)
  • Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh upto 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English).
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
