About the role
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Support senior business development managers in client acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, contacts, and opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with prospective clients.
- Support negotiations and contract discussions under supervision.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) to support sales initiatives.
- Track sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Saudi National (mandatory)
- Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh upto 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English).
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
