About the role
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with B2B SaaS companies in the US and other English-speaking markets
- Lead and support discovery calls with founders, CEOs, CTOs, and senior decision-makers
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Support outbound and inbound sales efforts, including qualification and early-stage deal development
- Assist in building partnerships with complementary companies, platforms, and ecosystems
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with DevSavant’s service offerings
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, acting as the primary commercial point of contact
- Maintain regular communication with C-level and management-level stakeholders at client organizations
- Understand client goals, priorities, and staffing needs to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
- Coordinate with recruiting, delivery, and operations teams to ensure a strong client experience and retention
- Support commercial discussions, and ongoing account health initiatives
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working directly with C-level and management-level executives at B2B companies
- Proven experience engaging with stakeholders in English-speaking markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development
- Strong, professional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable leading commercial conversations with senior decision-makers
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology services, or professional services environments
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on relationship building and long-term value
