About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to forecast performance and build strategic sales plans.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a healthy flow of qualified opportunities and high conversion rates.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Account Management to ensure full commercial alignment.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and positive ROI.
- Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors.
- Ensure full compliance with regulations, industry standards, and ethical sales practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in Sales.
- Mandatory experience in payments.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.
- Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of sales principles.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
