About the role

  • Cold call Fortune 1000 C-Level executives (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs) to schedule business development meetings
  • Master high-volume outbound calling with precision and strategy
  • Research and qualify enterprise prospects using professional sales tools
  • Collaborate with a team of SDRs in a supportive, non-competitive internal environment
  • Participate in strategy sessions and ongoing skill development workshops

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at Central Michigan University in a sales or business development program
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated with ability to handle rejection
  • Reliable schedule commitment (minimum 1 hour/day, 5 hours per week)
  • Interest in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software platforms
  • Goal-oriented with competitive drive
  • Team player mentality
