About the role
- Cold call Fortune 1000 C-Level executives (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs) to schedule business development meetings
- Master high-volume outbound calling with precision and strategy
- Research and qualify enterprise prospects using professional sales tools
- Collaborate with a team of SDRs in a supportive, non-competitive internal environment
- Participate in strategy sessions and ongoing skill development workshops
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at Central Michigan University in a sales or business development program
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with ability to handle rejection
- Reliable schedule commitment (minimum 1 hour/day, 5 hours per week)
- Interest in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software platforms
- Goal-oriented with competitive drive
- Team player mentality
