• **What You’ll Do**
• - Act as the point of contact for all employees for HR related questions providing guidance on questions regarding contracts, policies, benefits, payroll, time off and daily people matters.
• - Manage offboarding processes including documentation, exit coordination, handovers and system updates.
• - Actively advise employees and managers on HR policies, internal procedures, benefits and employment conditions.
• - Prepare and manage employment amendments, extensions, promotions and role changes in close collaboration with managers and HR leadership.
• - Maintain accurate up to date and compliant employee records ensuring data integrity confidentiality and consistency across HR systems.
• - You support and advise on all activities and process steps related to the absenteeism process, managing absence cases from the first day of sickness. You actively steer the process, take a proactive role in complex cases, and determine the (follow-up) steps.

Engineer

• Execute and support the company’s intellectual property strategy across multiple engineering domains
• Act as the key link between engineering teams and external patent attorneys, ensuring technical concepts are accurately translated into strong patent applications
• Work closely with inventors to draft patent disclosures and conduct prior art searches
• Participate in engineering reviews and technical discussions to identify novel and protectable innovations

Patent Engineer

• Work closely with engineering and flight test teams to identify and define data acquisition requirements for flight campaigns
• Design and develop complete flight test instrumentation systems including hardware, software, telemetry architecture, and sensor integration
• Define and implement telemetry systems and ground stations capable of delivering reliable real time flight data
• Install, calibrate, validate, and maintain instrumentation systems on unmanned aerial platforms
• Ensure accurate, high quality data acquisition during flight testing activities
• Support flight test operations on site and troubleshoot instrumentation issues in fast paced environments
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve testing capabilities and data reliability

Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer

• Support engineering teams in defining and refining flight test requests, transforming technical objectives into efficient and structured flight test campaigns
• Plan and coordinate flight test activities while ensuring safety remains at the center of every operation through detailed hazard identification and mitigation strategies
• Define data acquisition requirements and collaborate on the development of robust testing and measurement solutions
• Execute flight tests at multiple test sites across Europe, working hands-on with advanced aerospace systems in dynamic operational environments

• Co-create and execute Destinus’ global partnership strategy as a primary lever for market access, sovereign alignment, and industrial scale-up
• Own and Manage system integration partnerships enabling NATO-aligned and customer-specific architectures
• Own and Manage capability partnerships supporting seekers, interceptors, networking, payloads, and critical subsystems
• Manage industrial partnerships and manufacturing alliances to enable scalable production, localization, cost-down trajectories, and supply chain resilience
• Support the evaluation, structuring, and commercial negotiation of joint ventures and long-term industrial partnerships
• Support business cases for strategic initiatives such as JVs, local industrialization, and co-production in countries outside core markets
• Analyze market trends, procurement frameworks, and the competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of high-value B2B relationships with defence primes, integrators, and sovereign industrial partners
• Develop account-level relationship strategies for key partners aligned to the commercial roadmap and programe milestones
• Serve as senior commercial interface for partner organizations, ensuring trust, transparency, and mutual value creation
• Identify opportunities for expanding partnership scope – cross-selling, co-development, and new capability integration.
