About the role
- Develop and manage full-funnel paid media strategy across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, TV, Billboards, and more)
- Own media planning, buying, budgeting, A/B testing, and optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations
- Track and report ad spend
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure paid assets are optimized for performance and aligned with brand voice
- Partner with influencer, organic social, and lifecycle marketing leads to ensure channel integration and consistent messaging
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad tech to keep Yourgi ahead of the curve
- Build and maintain strong vendor/platform relationships (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok reps)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns in-house or at an agency, preferably in a fast-paced DTC or service marketplace
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with hands-on experience managing multi-platform performance campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital media measurement, attribution, and performance analysis
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear reports
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience targeting both B2C and B2B audiences is a plus
- Passion for pets and a belief in making pet care simpler is a bonus
