About the role
- Serve members and clients, assess their needs, promote insurance products and help members and clients choose coverage
- Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts
- Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed
- Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Develop business partnerships to generate referrals
- Help sell general insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels
- Promote and sell property and casualty coverage to individual clients
- Analyze member/client needs and develop custom solutions
- Represent the organization and help negotiate agreements with clients
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Representative’s certificate in damage insurance (AMF)
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English
- Available to worrk on Friday nights and Saturdays on rotation
